If one of our products has to be returned for upgrade or repair we have a process to ensure it will be efficiently tracked and processed.

If this process is not followed, we cannot guarantee we will be able to give you the turnaround time we strive to achieve.

Returns Procedure

Before returning a product please contact us to receive an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number, which must be clearly marked on packaging and paperwork.

Call our Technical Department on +44 (0)1928 515 241 or email support@cmc.org.uk.

You will need the product type, its serial number and the symptoms of the problem to enable us to issue the RMA number.

When we have issued you with an RMA number please pack the product securely, enclose paperwork including all your details, the product and fault details and clearly mark the RMA number on the paperwork and packaging.
